Our Full Terms and Conditions are available on request, but here are some key points and extracts to help you :-

As we supply so many sweets from different Manufacturers, we are unable to ascertain fully any special warnings or precautions  in relation to ingredients or processes, for example, or any other appropriate information. Therefore, please always assume that such ingredients may have been used and /or that products may have been stored,  handled or shipped together at any time in the supply chain.

All weights and quantities are approximate although we do set extremely high standards in this area.

Some Party and Gift items contain small toys and items which the Manufacturer's state are for 'Age 3 and above'. By purchasing these and any other products on our Website, the Buyer undertakes total responsibility as to whether they are suitable.

We will not share your personal details with anyone else - the only record of your purchase transaction will be on our file records.

If you are not satisfied in any way with the products or services supplied by www.bagsofSweets.co.uk   please use the 'Contact Us' section to e-mail us, giving full details and we will respond.

There may be occasions when products or packaging, including Gift Packs have to be substituted by an alternative, if unavailable at the time of processing orders. In every case we will do our upmost to ensure this rarely happens and that the replacement is of comparable quality.

Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or the cost refunded. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by a third party or loss, damage or claimed non delivery to a third party delivery address.

If delivery cannot be made to the stated delivery address and there is not a reasonable alternative option, the Shipper will follow their standard delivery procedures, which can include collection from their site. If goods have to be returned to us due to the Shipper not gaining access to deliver or collect within the stated timescale, the cost of return will be deducted from any refund due, once the goods are returned. A charge for handling and processing such returns may be made - this will depend on the products and packaging involved and the circumstances.
